While the site offers service for hire I have seen the owner/developer give extensive and free tutorials on his site and throughout the communites.
I have just recently dicsovered this site and really liked their design and layout. Nice set of articles and tutorials on design applications such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, Fireworks, Illustrator… Check them out!
